The second feature that I covered in my user group presentation this week was the ability to change the accessibility of both Resources and Settings.  By default these are both defined as internal (or friend) but by changing a accessibility property on the editor this can be changed to public.  As I mention in this post on my blog this means that other projects can access these resources/settings.
