Whilst this doesn’t fully explain the contents of the book, it should provide a good overview of what we will cover. This Table of Contents was put together a couple of months ago, and is probably missing some important areas that have risen to prominence in the last few months. However rather than update the ToC and then post it for comments, we thought we’d post it as is and elicit your feedback now.
